Recent Fatigue Risk Management Developments:

ANSI/API RP 755 is the new operational standard for managing employee fatigue in the refining and petrochemical industries since the American Petroleum Institute released it in April 2010.

In aviation, H.R. 5900, signed into law on August 1, 2010, requires airlines to develop fatigue risk management plans to ensure the health and safety of their workforces.
